Board of Directors
Seven directors are elected from the membership for terms of three
years. The Board establishes policies and is responsible for the
general direction and control of the affairs of the credit union.
It sets loan interest rates, deposit dividend rates, and maximum loan
amounts. The Board appoints all committee members, loan
officers, and employs the manager.

This committee serves as the "watch dog" of the credit union.
It ensures that the credit union operates according to its charter
rules and bylaws and all appropriate federal and state regulations.
It oversees the Board elections annually; commissions an annual
operation audit; and coordinates an annual member account verification
to ensure record-keeping accuracy.

A full-time manager and staff are provided to give prompt,
courteous service and to carry on the daily operations of the credit
union according to the direction given by the Board of Directors.
